As long as your product has not shipped yet, you can still cancel.* Do you want to cancel? You can do this by emailing us at Do not forget to include your order details. We will email you if the cancellation was successful.

Could the cancellation no longer be processed or have you already received the product?
Then you can always return it within the return period. Depending on your payment method, you will receive your money back within 5 working days after processing your return.

Have you not yet received the purchase amount back?
If the cancellation has been processed but you have not received the purchase amount within 10 days, please contact our customer service.

* Please notice: If you customize a product online (CTO), you are not entitled to the 14-day cooling-off period that normally applies to online orders.



Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel, return or exchange a software order.

During your purchase you have accepted the following conditions, you hereby indicate that you waive the right to cancellation: "I approve the direct delivery of the (cloud)service(s). I waive my right to cancel the purchase (as stated in article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions))"

In addition, in the event of a download, we cannot verify whether the product has been put into use or will be used in the future.
