At SURFspot, you have a cooling-off period of 14 days.* Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via retouren@surfspot.nl.
When making use of the cooling-off period, the condition is that delivered items are in undamaged condition, complete and in the original packaging.
Furthermore, you may return the item free of charge.
* Please notice: If you customize a product online (CTO), you are not entitled to the 14-day cooling-off period that normally applies to online orders. In addition, in-ear headphones of which the packaging has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Software
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel, return or exchange software.
You have accepted the following conditions during your purchase, hereby indicating that you waive your right to dissolve the contract: "I consent to the immediate delivery of the (cloud) service(s). My right to terminate the purchase lapses (see Article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions)".
