At SURFspot, you have a 14-day cooling-off period. It’s important to report any transportation damage within 48 hours of receipt via retouren@surfspot.nl.
To use your cooling-off period, the delivered items must be in their original condition, complete, and in the original packaging.
Additionally, you can return the item free of charge.
Exceptions:
- If you order a customized product online (such as CTO models), you do not have the 14-day cooling-off period that usually applies to online purchases.
- In-ear headphones with an opened package cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Software
Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel, return, or exchange software.
During your purchase, you accepted the following conditions: "I consent to the immediate delivery of the (cloud) service(s). My right to withdraw from the purchase is waived (see Article 10 of the General Terms and Conditions)."
