You will see a software order in your order overview within 15 minutes. The order status changes from "Pending" to "Shipped". If the status does not change, the payment may not have been received properly, or you may not have made a payment at all. In that case, the order will ultimately be automatically canceled. If this is not the case, please contact us.
For a hardware order, the status changes to "Shipped" as soon as the supplier ships your package. You will receive a track & trace code by email. To be sure, check your junk mail.
