You will then receive the instructions and a return label with which you can send the item free of charge.

You can visit one of the Amac stores and bring your device: https://www.amac.nl/winkels
The employees will then probably take your device for examination/repair. Make sure that you take the Amac warranty card with you during your visit to the store, because otherwise, the employees will not know whether your device is still under warranty. This warranty card (packing note) is included with your device. There is an Amac logo on the receipt. The receipt includes your SURFspot order number.
You can request a repair via the Paradigit website:
- Go to https://www.paradigit.nl/retournen/
- Click on "Retour aanvragen (zonder login)"
- Click on "Doorgaan zonder account"
- Enter the invoice number (KBVF number)
- Enter the product number
The KBFV number and product number are on the packing slip that you received with your order. If you no longer have this, please send your order number to retouren@surfspot.nl. We will then send you this information.
Fill in all the details and click on "Send request" at the last step. Before submitting the application, please check whether all information has been entered correctly. After sending the request, you will receive the return form within 1 working day at the email address you provided.
The repair time for a defective product under warranty is on average 3 weeks.
