Open surfspot.nl and select the chat icon at the bottom right. Our AI chatbot Stella is available 24/7. During our opening hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00), an employee can take over the call when necessary.
📧 Contact form
If you cannot or prefer not to chat, use the contact form. We will respond as soon as possible, and within 2 working days at the latest.
Information to include
- a short description of your question;
- your order number if the question concerns an order;
- the product name and version used;
- the complete error and, where useful, a screenshot.
No telephone support
SURFspot does not offer telephone support. Chat and email are the best ways for us to help you, as they allow us to review the details directly and find a solution more quickly.
