You can return the order free of charge within 14 days.* This is subject to the condition that the delivered items are in undamaged condition, complete and in the original packaging.
Transport damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via retouren@surfspot.nl.

* Please notice: If you customize a product online (CTO), you are not entitled to the 14-day cooling-off period that normally applies to online orders. In addition, in-ear headphones of which the packaging has been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
