After receiving your return, it takes about 5 working days for the supplier to process it. As soon as the supplier has informed us that they have processed the return, we will refund the purchase amount to you. You will then receive an e-mail from us for confirmation. The refund takes up to 5 working days.

Have you not heard from us 5 working days after your return has been received by the supplier? We probably have not yet received confirmation from the supplier that they have processed the return. Feel free to contact us so that we can make an inquiry for you.
