Could you please try the following? Log out and log in to the Adobe Creative Cloud app, and to adobe.com and account.adobe.com. When logging in, choose the login option "Personal Account". 

As soon as you are logged in with your student account via the Personal Account login option, you should be able to download / use the apps (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom) again (you may have to restart the apps once).
