As soon as you leave employment, the educational institution will deactivate your account. You are then no longer entitled to order from SURFspot and can no longer exchange your credits.
Credits cannot be transferred to another account.
We therefore recommend that you redeem your credits well before you leave employment. Please also note that when you cancel or return an order, the credits will be returned to your SURFspot account. These cannot be exchanged for money.
