A software order cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged after immediate digital delivery. The product you selected is supplied exclusively in digital form. You expressly consented to the immediate supply of the digital product and declared that you understand that this causes your statutory right of withdrawal to end (Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code).
Something went wrong with the order
If you placed a duplicate order, received a different product from the one ordered or believe SURFspot made an error, contact us. If possible, do not use the licence or download until SURFspot has assessed the situation.
Why does the right of withdrawal end?
This follows from the consent and declaration you provided when placing the order. The statutory basis is Article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code.
