An educational institution can make SURFspot available by joining through the designated SURF process. This must be handled by an authorised representative of the institution.
You are a student or employee
You cannot arrange participation on behalf of your institution. First check whether it already participates. If not, ask your IT, procurement or SURF contact whether joining is desired and possible.
You represent an educational institution
- Check whether your institution already participates in SURFspot.
- Review the My SURF onboarding information and criteria.
- Use the stated SURF contact route or start the process if you are authorised to do so.
- Agree internally who will manage administration, agreements and communication.
After joining
Users must receive the required attributes through their institutional accounts to sign in. The available range may also depend on separate agreements.
