Is the defect covered?
This depends on the cause, the age of the product and its use. Damage caused by misuse, an accident or normal wear and tear is generally not covered by a free repair. SURFspot will assess the report and involve the supplier or manufacturer where necessary.
Make a warranty claim
Contact retouren@surfspot.nl and include your order number, product, delivery date, a clear description of the defect and when the problem started. Attach clear photographs where relevant.
