The warranty and repair process is handled by the supplier, but we will submit the repair request on your behalf.

To request a repair, please send an email to retouren@surfspot.nl including the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Any relevant photos or additional details

We’ll contact you and make sure the repair is registered with the correct supplier. You’ll receive further instructions from us.
