SURFspot works together with various suppliers. Both the warranty and the repair are handled by the supplier. The instructions per supplier can be found below.

For repairs via Dustin and Switch IT, please contact our customer service. Send your order number + an extensive problem description to retouren@surfspot.nl.
You can register the item for repair at Juztnew via the following link: https://valyuu.typeform.com/juztnewrre?typeform-source=juztnew.com
You will then receive the instructions and a return label with which you can send the item free of charge.
