How do I activate the Frankwatching course bundle?

After ordering, you can find a link and code for the Frankwatching course bundle in your SURFspot account. Redeem the code through the link, enter your details and then open the course links in the email from Frankwatching.

Activate the bundle

1. Sign in to SURFspot and open Orders.
2. Open the Frankwatching course bundle order.
3. Select Show licence code and copy the code.
4. Open the download or activation link in the order.
5. Enter the code and select Next.
6. Enter your name and email address and select Submit.
7. Wait for confirmation that registration is complete.

Start a course

1. Open the email from Frankwatching sent to the address you provided. Also check your spam folder.
2. Select the link for the course you want to follow.
3. Enter your name and email address when requested.
4. Select View online course to start the training.
