After ordering, you can find the activation details for your Soofos course in your SURFspot account. Open the link, sign in to Soofos or create an account and redeem the code. Then check that the course appears in your Soofos account.
Find the activation details
- Sign in to SURFspot.
- Open Orders and select the Soofos course you ordered.
- Copy the course or licence code and open the corresponding activation link.
Activate the Soofos course
- Sign in with an existing Soofos account or create an account if the activation page allows this.
- Enter the code from your SURFspot order.
- Confirm activation.
- Open your courses or dashboard and check that the correct course is available.
The course is not in your account
Sign out and back in and check that you are using the same Soofos account as during activation. Also check whether the code may have been redeemed using another email address.
The code is invalid or has already been used
Check that you entered the complete code without spaces. Do not repeatedly try the code in different accounts. Take a screenshot of the complete error message and contact us with your order number and the email address used for the Soofos account.
