Due to legal invoice retention requirements, we cannot fully delete accounts. However, we can anonymize your account. This means your personal data will be removed from your account but will still appear in invoices. SURFspot retains invoices for seven years, after which they are automatically deleted. Email conversations are deleted after five years.
Please note: After anonymization, you will no longer be able to retrieve order details. If you log in again later, your data will be linked to the information you provide at that time, as your login credentials are managed by your educational institution.
