The validity period of a software licence differs by product. You can find the licence term on the SURFspot product page and sometimes in your order, delivery email or vendor account.
Check the licence term before ordering
- Open the software product page on SURFspot.
- Review the product name, special conditions, specifications and licence information.
- Check whether the product is a fixed-term licence or a one-time purchase.
Check the licence term after ordering
- Sign in to SURFspot and open Orders.
- Open the relevant order and check the product name and delivery information.
- Also check the email from SURFspot or the vendor and, where applicable, your vendor account.
