This error message means that your license code is not valid for the version of SPSS installed on your computer. A serial number for renewal can only be used for the same SPSS version. For example, you cannot renew SPSS 28 using a license code for SPSS 29.
Check which SPSS version your license code is intended for and which version is installed on your computer.
