Why is SURFspot stopping hardware sales?

The competitive hardware market no longer allows SURFspot to offer the educational discounts that SURF aims to provide to students and staff. That’s why SURFspot is shifting its focus to areas where we can make more impact, such as software and digital services.

Will my order still be delivered?

You can place hardware orders until 30 June 2025. All orders placed before 1 July will be delivered as usual.

Will I still have a warranty on my hardware after 1 July?

Yes, you can still contact SURFspot for warranty support after 1 July. The warranty terms remain unchanged.

Can I still return or cancel my order after 1 July?

You will still have 14 days to return your order after 1 July. You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.

Can I still order software from SURFspot?

Yes, you can continue to order software from SURFspot.
