If you can no longer sign in to SURFspot, for example because you are no longer affiliated with your institution, contact us to request a copy of the invoice.
Information to include
- your full name as used for the order;
- the email address used for the order;
- the order number, if available;
- the order date or the most accurate possible date range;
- the product ordered.
What happens next?
SURFspot will locate the order and may request additional verification before sharing the invoice. The invoice will only be sent to an email address considered appropriate after verification.
