SURFspot does not retrospectively change a customer’s name, address or other customer details on an invoice that has already been issued. Check these details carefully before completing an order.
You entered incorrect details
The original invoice remains unchanged. Where possible, update the details in your account so that they are correct for a future order.
You want to add company details or a VAT number
This is not possible. SURFspot is intended for private purchases and does not provide business invoices.
