Use of SURFspot and Invoicing
SURFspot is exclusively intended for personal use and not for commercial use. This is also stated in Article 1, Section 6 of our terms and conditions.
Since we only serve private individuals, our invoices do not include a VAT number. This means you cannot reclaim VAT from the tax authorities. Additionally, we are unable to provide an invoice that includes a VAT or Chamber of Commerce (KVK) number. The VAT and KVK numbers of SURF can be found on our website, but they are not listed on the invoices we issue.
We are not required to issue invoices with a VAT and KVK number because SURFspot is exclusively for personal use. This is in accordance with the regulations of the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration, which you can read here:
