After retirement, you can sign in to SURFspot for as long as your former educational institution keeps your institutional account and the required access attributes active. Once the institution deactivates the account, you can no longer sign in or place new orders.
Existing orders and licences
Loss of SURFspot access does not automatically end existing licences. Check the terms and expiry date of each product. Before retirement, save order numbers, invoices, downloads, licence codes and activation instructions.
Your account has already been deactivated
Contact SURFspot if you need details of a valid order. Include your name, order number, order email address and product. Additional verification may be required.
