You use the same sign-in details for SURFspot as for your educational institution. SURFspot only receives the details needed to verify access and does not manage your username or password.
Recover your username or password
- Open your institution’s sign-in or password recovery page.
- Follow the steps to retrieve your username or reset your password.
- If this does not work, contact your institution’s IT help desk.
- Then try signing in to SURFspot again.
SURFspot cannot change your password
Never send your password or other sign-in codes to SURFspot. Only your institution can manage your institutional account.
