Download MindManager using the information in your SURFspot order. After installation, activate the application with the supplied licence details or through the account specified during fulfilment.
Before you start
- Check which MindManager version and operating system are covered by your licence.
- Find the download link and licence details in your SURFspot order or delivery email.
Install MindManager
- Download the installer for Windows or macOS.
- Open the file and follow the on-screen installation steps.
- Start MindManager when installation is complete.
Activate MindManager
- When starting the application, select the activation or sign-in option shown.
- Enter the licence details or sign in with the account linked to the licence.
- Check in MindManager that the product is shown as activated.
Activation does not work
Check that the installed version matches your licence and that you are using the correct account. Take a screenshot of the complete error message and contact us with your order number, version and operating system.
