SURFspot cannot change the Microsoft account linked to your Office licence. Microsoft manages the licence and can determine whether transferring it to another account is possible.
Contact Microsoft Support
- Open the Microsoft Support contact page for your language or region.
- Use the blue button to start a chat session.
- Review the suggestions provided by the Microsoft chatbot.
- If the suggestions do not solve the problem, select the option to speak to a support representative.
- Ask whether Microsoft can transfer the Office licence to the correct Microsoft account.
SURFspot cannot guarantee that Microsoft will be able to transfer the licence.
