You can renew your Microsoft 365 subscription by purchasing the same product from SURFspot again. Redeem the new licence code using the personal Microsoft account linked to your current subscription. The new subscription period will then be added to your existing subscription.
Renew Microsoft 365
- Go to SURFspot and sign in through your educational institution.
- Purchase Microsoft 365 Personal or Microsoft 365 Family again.
- After placing your order, you will receive an email from noreply@activate-here.com with the subject ‘Namens SURF B.V. uw download code’. Check your spam or junk email folder as well.
- Open the activation page using the link in the email and sign in with the details provided.
- Redeem the licence code using the personal Microsoft account linked to your current Microsoft 365 subscription.
- Follow the remaining instructions on the screen to confirm the renewal.
You do not need to reinstall Microsoft 365.
Check which Microsoft account you use
Use the same personal Microsoft account that is linked to your current subscription. If you use a different Microsoft account, the new subscription period will not be added to your existing subscription.
