Activate and install Microsoft 365 Family using the licence code sent to you by email after your order.
Activate Microsoft 365 Family
- Open the email from noreply@activate-here.com with the subject “Namens SURF B.V. uw download code”. Check your spam or junk folder as well.
- Open the activation page from the email and sign in using the details provided.
- Redeem the licence code with a personal Microsoft account. We recommend not using an account from your educational institution, so you retain access if that account is closed.

Share Microsoft 365 Family
After activation, the subscription owner can share Microsoft 365 Family with up to five other people through their Microsoft account. Each person uses their own Microsoft account.
