Due to a migration at Adobe, your Adobe Portfolio may not have automatically migrated to the correct profile.
You can transfer your Portfolio website using these instructions:
Go to portfolio.adobe.com and log in via the SURFspot Operational Console. Create a new portfolio using this profile (this can be a blank portfolio). Then, follow the steps from this link: https://help.myportfolio.com/hc/en-us/articles/13298909573659-Migrate-a-School-EDU-account-to-a-Personal-account
You can then enter the same e-mail address for both e-mail addresses. The portfolios are now "exchanged" so that you can work on your portfolio again via the SURFspot Operational Console.
