View your Adobe membership
- Check if you have received the welcome email from Adobe. Also check your spam folder.
- Go to account.adobe.com and log in with the email address you provided during the ordering process.
- When logging in or switching profiles, select ‘SURFspot Operational Console’.
- Check in your Adobe account if your membership is visible.
