How do I activate Adobe Acrobat Pro?

You activate Adobe Acrobat Pro via the welcome email from Adobe. Use the email address where you received the email and select the ‘SURFspot Operational Console’ profile.

Activate Adobe Acrobat Pro

1. After you have ordered Adobe Acrobat Pro, you will receive an email from Adobe with the subject "Ga aan de slag met Acrobat Pro DC" at the email address you provided.
2. Click 'Aan de slag' in the email. 
3. Sign in using the exact email address at which you received the email. Are you already signed in to a different Adobe account? Sign out first.
4. When signing in or switching profiles, select SURFspot Operational Console. This is the profile associated with your licence.
5. Check in your Adobe account if the membership is visible. Then you can install and use Acrobat Pro.

Is activation not working?

Check if you are logged in with the correct email address and the ‘SURFspot Operational Console’ profile. Contact our customer service if the membership is still not visible after that.
