The Creative Cloud subscription is immediately and automatically activated at the email address you provided after ordering. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email. 

Go to https://account.adobe.com/ and choose the SURFspot Operational Console login option. You will see your membership in your Adobe account.

Didn't receive the Get started with All apps email from Adobe and the membership is not visible in your Adobe account? Then please contact our customer service.
