If you are only given the option to purchase apps instead of downloading them, there could be several things going on.
First check whether you are logged in to the Creative Cloud app with the correct profile. Sign out of the Creative Cloud app and sign in again. When registering, choose the login option "SURFspot Operational Console".
Once you have logged in via the SURFspot Operational Console profile, you should have access to the apps again.
Still can't download the apps? Then we recommend that you delete and reinstall the Creative Cloud app.
