You activate Adobe Creative Cloud via the welcome email from Adobe. Log in with the email address to which you received the email and select the ‘SURFspot Operational Console’ profile.
Activate Adobe Creative Cloud
- After you have ordered Adobe Creative Cloud, you will receive an email from Adobe with the subject ‘Get started with Pro Plus with Firefly & Adobe Stock’ at the email address you provided. Please check your spam folder if you do not see the email.
- Click ‘Get started’ in the email.
- Sign in using the exact email address at which you received the email. Are you already signed in to a different Adobe account? Sign out first.
- When signing in or switching profiles, select, SURFspot Operational Console. This is the profile associated with your licence.
- You can get started with the apps right away. Check in your Adobe account if your membership is visible. Then you can install and use the Adobe apps.
Is activation failing?
Do you not see the ‘SURFspot Operational Console’ profile, or is the membership not listed in your Adobe account? First, check if you are logged in with the correct email address. Contact customer service if the membership is still not visible after that.
