Due to a migration at Adobe, some things have changed in your account. We therefore recommend that you take the following steps.

Log out in the Adobe Creative Cloud app, at adobe.com and account.adobe.com.

Go to account.adobe.com again and enter your email address and password.

Choose the login option "SURFspot Operational Console".

Once you have logged in via the SURFspot Operational Console profile, you should have access to the apps again.
