You may be logged in with the wrong profile. The membership you purchased via SURFspot is listed on the "SURFspot Operational Console" profile.
Log out in the Adobe Creative Cloud app, at adobe.com and account.adobe.com.
Go to account.adobe.com again and enter your email address and password.
Choose the login option "SURFspot Operational Console".
Once you have logged in via the SURFspot Operational Console profile, you should have access to the apps again.
