Activate ESET HOME Security with the licence code from your order. Then add a device in ESET HOME and download the security software for the correct operating system.
Before you start
- Find the licence code in your SURFspot order or delivery email.
- Check the product page for the devices and operating systems included with your licence.
- If necessary, remove other antivirus software to prevent conflicts.
Activate ESET HOME Security
- Go to ESET HOME and sign in or create an account.
- Select the option to add a subscription or licence.
- Enter the licence code from your order.
- Check that the correct product, term and number of devices are displayed.
Install ESET
- In ESET HOME, choose the option to protect or add a device.
- Select the correct device and operating system.
- Download and open the installer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions and check that the device is shown as protected when installation is complete.
The code or installation does not work
Check that you entered the code without additional spaces and that it is not already linked to another ESET HOME account.
