After ordering, you receive an email containing an activation link and sign-in details. Use this environment to claim the licence code, link it to a Bitdefender account and install the software.
Before you start
- Use the activation email for your order.
- Make sure you can access the email address you want to use for your Bitdefender account.
- If necessary, remove other antivirus software to prevent installation conflicts.
Activate Bitdefender
- Open the email from noreply@activate-here.com. Also check your spam folder.
- Use the link to sign in and claim the licence code.
- Select Install products to continue to the download and activation steps.
- Sign in to Bitdefender Central or create a Bitdefender account.
- Enter the licence code and confirm activation.
Install Bitdefender
- In Bitdefender Central, select the device on which you want to install Bitdefender.
- Download the installer for the correct operating system.
- Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- When installation is complete, check that the device appears under your subscription in Bitdefender Central.
You did not receive the activation email
Check your spam folder and search for noreply@activate-here.com. Didn't receive an email? Contact us.
The code does not work
Check that you are entering the code in the correct Bitdefender account and that it has not already been linked to another account. Take a screenshot of the complete error message and contact us if the problem persists.
