Under the current fulfilment terms, a GOOSE VPN licence purchased from SURFspot must be activated on a new GOOSE VPN account. Use an email address that is not already linked to a GOOSE VPN account.
Activate GOOSE VPN
- Open the activation link in your SURFspot order or delivery email.
- Create a new GOOSE VPN account using an email address that has not been used before.
- Enter the activation or voucher code you received.
- Check that the subscription and correct term are shown in your account.
Install GOOSE VPN
- Download the GOOSE VPN app from the official website or app store for your device.
- Install and open the app.
- Sign in with the new account on which you activated the SURFspot licence.
You already have a GOOSE VPN account
Do not repeatedly enter the SURFspot code in the existing account. Use another email address for a new account or contact GOOSE VPN support. Ask which solution is available without losing data or an active subscription.
