After ordering, you receive an email containing an activation link and sign-in details. Use it to claim the licence and access the Acronis environment. Download and install the software from your account.
Activate Acronis
- Open the email from noreply@activate-here.com and also check your spam folder.
- Use the activation link to sign in and claim the licence.
- Sign in to Acronis or create an account when prompted.
- Check that the correct licence and term appear in your account.
Install Acronis
- In your Acronis account, select the download option.
- Choose the installer for the correct operating system.
- Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions.
- When installation is complete, check that the device is linked to your account.
Create your first backup
Open Acronis and select what you want to back up and where the backup should be stored. Carefully review the settings before starting the first backup. Keep recovery information in a secure location.
You did not receive an email or activation fails
Check your spam folder and search for noreply@activate-here.com. If an error appears, take a screenshot of the complete screen and contact us with your order number.
