How do I activate and install Norton 360?

Activate Norton 360 by linking the product key from your SURFspot order to a Norton account. Then install the software from that same account.

Activate Norton 360

1. Go to https://my.norton.com/home/setup and select Enter a product key.
2. Sign in to Norton or create an account using an email address you can continue to access.
3. Enter the product key from your SURFspot order.
4. Check that Norton 360 and the correct term appear in your account.

Install Norton 360

1. In your Norton account, select the download or install option.
2. Select the correct device and download the installer.
3. Open the file and follow the on-screen instructions.
4. When installation is complete, check that the device appears in your Norton account.

The key has already been used

The key may already be linked to a Norton account. Sign in to the account used for the first activation. If you do not know which account that is, contact Norton. 

Install on an additional device

First check the device limit in your Norton account. You may need to remove an old device before adding a new one.
