When your Adobe Creative Cloud license via SURFspot expires, you still have 30 days to secure the Creative Cloud data from the 'SURFspot Operational Console' profile.
Within 30 days of your license expiration
Download any data you want to keep, such as cloud files, libraries, Adobe Portfolio sites, and Adobe Express projects. Save the files in a different location.
After 30 days
After 30 days, you will no longer have access to the 'SURFspot Operational Console' profile and the Creative Cloud data linked to this profile. If you do not renew the license until then, stored data may be lost.
After six months
The profile and associated data will be permanently deleted six months after the license expires.
