After your Adobe Creative Cloud license has been assigned via SURFspot, it may take up to 48 hours for Adobe XD to become available. Adobe XD is in maintenance mode, which may cause a delay in processing new access.
What can you do?
Check that you are logged into Adobe with the email address associated with your SURFspot license.
When selecting a profile, choose ‘SURFspot Operational Console’.
Wait up to 48 hours after the license has been assigned and then check again if Adobe XD is available.
Adobe XD still not available after 48 hours
Contact customer service if Adobe XD is still not available after 48 hours. Include your order number, the email address used, and when the license was assigned.
