What should I do if I haven’t received an email from Trimble?

After your SketchUp order, Trimble sends an email within two working days so you can activate your Trimble ID and subscription. If you cannot find the email, complete the checks below.

Find the email from Trimble

1. Check your spam and junk folders.
2. Search your mailbox for Trimble, SketchUp and activation.
3. Check the email address used for your SURFspot order.

Request another activation email

1. Go to sketchup.com and select Sign In.
2. Enter the email address used for your order.
3. If the account is shown as nearly ready, select the option to resend the activation email.

The email still has not arrived

Have you still not received an email after two working days and after the checks mentioned above? Then please contact us and mention your order number.
