Why do I still see a free trial after purchasing SketchUp?

SketchUp usually continues to show a free trial when you are signed in with a different Trimble ID from the account linked to your subscription. Check the email address and subscription first.

Check your Trimble ID

1. Go to sketchup.com and select Sign In.
2. Enter the email address used for your SURFspot order.
3. If you are asked for a password, the Trimble ID exists and is active. Use this account to sign in to SketchUp.
4. If the account is shown as nearly ready, request another activation email and activate the account through that email.
5. If you are asked to create a name and password, first create a Trimble ID for this email address.

Check your subscription

1. Sign in to Trimble and open My Products.
2. Check that SketchUp Studio - Annual Termed Contract is listed.
3. Open SketchUp, sign out completely and close the application.
4. Restart SketchUp and sign in with the verified Trimble ID.
