You can usually change the email address of your Adobe account yourself. If you are unable to do so, please contact SURFspot Customer Service.
Changing the email address yourself
Follow Adobe's instructions to change the email address of your Adobe account. To do this, log in to the Adobe account to which your SURFspot license is linked.
Are you unable to change it?
Contact our customer service if you are unable to change the email address yourself. Include the following in your message:
- your SURFspot order number;
- the current email address;
- the desired email address.
